PLS is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our website visitors, including property agents and the public. This policy sets out how we will treat personal information.

PLS may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data. Please do not submit your personal information to PLS if you object.

PLS uses Google Analytics to analyse the use of it's website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to the PLS website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store this information. PLS advertisers/payment services providers may also send you cookies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies. This may, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of the PLS website.

In general PLS uses data it collects to help property agents provide a personalised service, improve the features and services offered by PLS, and to support the marketing and promotion of PLS.
Data, including personal data, submitted on the PLS website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website.
PLS may use your personal information to:
- administer the PLS website;
- improve your browsing experience by personalising the PLS website;
- enable your use of the services available on the PLS website;
- send to you goods purchased via the PLS website, and supply to you services purchased via the PLS website;
- send statements and invoices to you, and collect payments from you;
- send you general (non-marketing) communications;
- send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;
- send to you newsletters or marketing communications relating to our business ,or the businesses of carefully-selected third parties, which we think may be of interest to you by post, or by email or similar technology. - deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the website; and
- PLS conducting market surveys itself or through a third party
- when the PLS website is available via the website of a third party, those third parties may have access to your information. Their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy.
Where you submit personal information for publication on the PLS website, we will publish and otherwise use that information.
We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time, see 11 Queries. (In practice, you will expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes).
